Situated on the frontlines of patient care, nurses are uniquely qualified to talk about the successes and failures of our medical system. Further, the women and men in nursing have the skills, knowledge, and expertise required to craft solutions to the inequities, imbalances, and shortcomings that exist within the healthcare paradigm.
